Each visitor to our site is counted and only the domain name information is registered along with information as to operating system, browser used, time of day and day of week accessed. Information collected is used only for internal review in order to improve the site and is NOT shared with any other organization or commercial entity.
This site has a limited (by request) mailing list. The only way we obtain your e-mail address is through your entry in our guest book, if provided, or through your e-mailing the Department Office, the Delegion Webmaster or sending e-mail directly to one of the persons having e-mail within the Department. When sending e-mail to one of the persons having e-mail, The Department of Delaware assumes NO responsibility as to how that information is handled.
If you supply us with your postal address it will not be published at any time and will only be used to send your requested information to you. The same applies to phone numbers.
We do not solicit any personal information and any submitted information is subject to publication only after verification of said information and your permission is given.
