Only memberships for 2008-2009 are now being processed. DO NOT send in 2007-2008 dues. When sending dues and cards, PLEASE put them in sequence number order, it makes entry into the AIM membership program much easier and less time consuming. Don’t forget to use the transmittal form!

REMEMBER AS OF January 1, 2007 Post sends $18.50 per member to Department!!

Squadrons send $5.00 per member!!

 

CHANGES IN REPORTING MEMBER DATA

It is no longer necessary to report address changes, name changes, deceased members or Continuous years membership changes on Member Data Forms.

 

You can e-mail, mail, or fax them to me. Please do so in the following manner:

01.       Change of address. Post name and number. Members name and member number. Please make sure the members name and number are correct.

02.       Name change. Please put the Post, current spelling along with members number and then the corrected spelling.

03.       Death notice. Include the Post, members name and number.

 

Please do not call on the telephone wanting to make these changes.

Please make sure all information is correct and legible.

 

You still have to do a transfer on a Member Data Form. They MUST be signed by the Post Adjutant and member. If they are not signed by both, they will be returned.

 

Good news!!! You no longer have to use a number 2 pencil in the correction boxes on the membership cards. National has a new machine that will read ink. We still have some posts making changes without marking the proper boxes. I cannot catch them all and if the blocks are not checked, the changes will not be made. If you are guilty of this, please correct it. Thanks for your cooperation.

 

 

The sequence number is the 6 digit number to the right on the membership card and on your roster.

 

 

If you have not paid your 2007 – 2008 dues yet, you are now suspended and must be voted on by your post membership to continue your membership and your continuous years of service.
