Newark Takes Delaware American Legion Baseball Title
Newark had to win two on Wednesday to take the Championship and earn a
berth in the American Legion Baseball Mid-Atlantic Regional, in
Colonial Heights, Virginia August 14th.
First they beat Post 28 Warriors 9-7, then overwhelmed the Delvets 9-3.
